A good website is one that catches the eye of the viewer and is easy to navigate. With lots of clear and directional components so that confusion is lessened. While we want it to be easy, we also want our website to be unique and this is only possible if we put some good work in the creation of the website, so making it look intricate and new while retaining its easy navigation will be the focal point for us. I personally have not thought about the differences in website vs. mobile view, so we will have to research which websites are best for both platforms.
This week our group was able to check and see each other over Zoom so it was good to see everyone was doing well. The majority of our group had our interactive presentations on Tuesday so it was interesting to see which website we all chose. All of ours had possible implications on our own project and I think we all got some good ideas from the presentations. The main challenge remains that none of us are together so communication will still be hard, especially in creation of a website for those of us that this is new for.
