Creating a schedule in any instance to complete a project, task or job is almost essential to stay on top of deadlines and to make sure you are where you want to be at a certain date. With our team creating a schedule, I hope we are able to complete the project as the schedule states and be able to complete the project in a timely manner. We will need to set a set date on when we will be doing the filming of our project because for our project, we plan on getting all the filming done in one day. Our project came down to our option 2 and 3. Option 2 is HuskerCats and option 3 is a cooking show with our chef, Jacob Benson. After a hard and challenging conversation we decided to go with the cooking show due to the opportunity for not only an informative project but also a project that will make you laugh. Challenges we may encounter while working on the project may be getting the right angle for the video, having good audio and light and just having enough information to tell a story. I believe with the various personalities we have on the team, we will be able to create a interesting story people actually want to watch.
This week for our project I presented in class on the topic, voted in a poll on which group project we wanted to do and discussed in our group chat on what project we wanted to do. A challenge I encountered this week was simply just the tough decision on choosing the topic. Something we may do different in the future may include only choosing one good idea to pitch so the class essentially picks for us.
